> HARDWARE & SOUND
> SOUND
> MANAGE AUDIO DEVICES
> RECORDING TAB
> RIGHT CLICK IN BLANK BOX & CHECK "SHOW DISABLED DEVICES.
You have found Disable Device, Now you can enabled by right click on device.
